Terms & Conditions — Yacht Inventory Club

These terms govern broker-arranged Miami private yacht charters booked through the Yacht Inventory Club wholesale platform. By submitting a booking request you agree to the following policies on behalf of yourself and your client.

Key policies

• All charters include a licensed captain, standard fuel, ice, and water.
• A deposit is required to confirm any booking. Remaining balance is due before departure.
• Client cancellations are final; rescheduling is subject to availability and operator approval.
• The Perfect Day Guarantee applies: weather or mechanical issues preventing safe departure entitle the client to a free rebooking or a full refund.
• A refundable safety deposit may be held and returned after the charter if no damage is reported.
