Yacht Inventory Club collects only the information needed to operate the wholesale broker platform: broker account details, client booking data, and usage analytics. Information is used solely for booking operations, fleet communication, and platform improvement.

What we collect

• Broker account information: name, company, email, and phone number.
• Client booking details: name, email, phone, and charter preferences, provided by brokers on their clients' behalf.
• API usage logs for rate-limiting and fraud prevention.
• Standard web server logs (IP, user agent, request path) retained for 30 days.

How we use it

• To confirm, manage, and complete charter bookings.
• To communicate with brokers and clients about their trips.
• To enforce API rate limits and detect abuse.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Stripe processes payments directly; their privacy policy governs payment data.
